There were some flaws in the craftmanship, and Pearl Source sent me a shipping label to have it sent back to them to be restrung. Pearls were better than expected. They are beautiful, however, the necklace and bracelet, are not quite the right fit for her wardrobe. Keeping the earrings and ordering more.

I love the different colors of my pearl necklace. I only wish the clasp was easier to open and close.

My wife really liked the. necklace. I feel the certificate which I have received can have more details for authenticity about grade. The certificate which I received is missing details about quality and grade of the pearls.
